Clip 4: Ben brings Dawn a gown to put on for the ritual ceremony. Dawn gets upset and tells Ben that she would rather see Glory and keeps shouting Glory’s name until Ben morphs into Glory. Glory explains the ritual to Dawn and Dawn is persistent in telling Glory that Buffy isn’t afraid of her. Glory throws Dawn to the ground and Dawn lets out a cry for her sister.

Clip 5: Buffy is hitting a punching bag. Buffy and Giles have a heart to heart moment and Buffy tells him that the spirit guide told her that death was her gift. Giles thinks there is an underlying meaning other than it meaning that Buffy is a killer. Scene ends with Buffy telling Giles that she wished her mom was still there.

Clip 6: Dawn is in the robe that Ben gave her and is folding up her clothes neatly. One of Glory’s minions informs her that it is time and everything is in order. The minions grab Dawn as she screams for Buffy. They take her outside and Dawn looks up to see a very tall tower with what looks like a walking plank at the very top.

Clip 7: Giles is opening the basement door to see if Anya and Xander have found the Dagon Sphere. They both jump up out of a corner as Anya is putting her shirt back on and Xander is zipping up his pants. The continue to look around for the sphere and come across the Buffybot. Anya gets scared when she opens up a box and finds a stuffed animal rabbit. Xander proposes to Anya. She tells him to give her the ring after they know the world isn’t going to end and they kiss.

Clip 8: Buffy walks up to Willow to find out what she has found out. She tells Willow that she needs her because she is the strongest person there since she is the only person that has hurt Glory at all. Willow tells Buffy a couple of her ideas. Giles calls to Buffy to show her that Anya and Xander found the sphere. Willow walks over to Tara and Tara slaps Willow. Buffy and Spike go back to her house to get weapons. Buffy tells Spike that she is counting on him to protect Dawn. Spike and Buffy share a moment with Spike telling Buffy that he knows she’d never love him. He tells her that he is a monster but she made him feel like a man.

Clip 9: Dawn is tied up at the top of the tower. Scenes cuts to the gang at the Magic Box as they head out to find Glory. Tara keeps talking nonsense and takes off walking. The gang follows her knowing that she will lead them to Glory. They get to the tower and Buffy tells Willow that she’s up. Willow says that she needs some courage and Spike hands her his flask, but she declines. Tara walks over to the tower and picks up a brick as if she is getting ready to work. Glory walks up to her and asks her what she’s doing there. Willow tells Glory that she’s with her and Willow puts her hands up to Glory and Tara’s heads in hopes of reversing what Glory did to Tara. It seems to have worked. Glory says she needs a brain to eat and she looks up to see Buffy standing there.

Clip 10: Buffy and Glory begin to fight. Glory kicks Buffy and her head comes off. Glory seems surprised that the Slayer is a robot. The real Buffy says something to Glory and as she turns around, Buffy hits her in the head with Olaf’s hammer. Buffy hears Dawn screaming and takes off running up the tower. Glory gets up and follows her and the two continue to fight up the tower. Both of them fall off the tower as Glory pushes Buffy and Buffy takes her with her. Once back on the ground, Xander comes to aid in the fight by hitting glory with a wrecker ball.

Clip 11: Buffy grabs Olaf’s hammer and starts running. Spike, Anya, and Giles are behind a barrier hiding from the minions. Spike peaks his head up to see what’s going on and gets hit in the head with a brick. Buffy is hitting Glory repeatedly in the head with the hammer. Dawn is up on the tower and looks up to see Doc. He tells her that Glory is running late and shows her a knife.

Clip 12: Willow talks to Spike thru her mind. Spike appears to be talking to himself. Willow tells Spike to run up the tower and as he is running, Willow moves everyone out of the way with her mind. Spike makes it to the top of the tower and tries to save Dawn, however, Doc wins the fight and knocks him off of the tower into a pile of bricks on the ground. Buffy beats Glory until she turns into Ben. She warns Ben not to mess with them again and he swears that they won’t. Giles walks up to Ben after Buffy takes off up the tower. Giles kills Ben. Doc makes shallow cuts on Dawn and the ritual starts. Buffy walks up and shoves Doc off of the tower. As the portal opens, Dawn tells Buffy that it’s started.

Clip 13: The portal opens and creatures from other dimensions appear. Dawn starts to jump off of the tower, but Buffy stops her. Buffy has some flashbacks of the spirit guide and other moments leading up to this. Scene shows Buffy talking to Dawn but the audience can’t hear what she’s saying. Buffy turns and runs off of the tower and into the portal, closing it. As Dawn makes her way down the tower, we see Anya, Xander, Willow, Tara, Giles, and Spike all looking at Buffy’s body on the ground. As this happens, we hear what Buffy told Dawn. Episode ends with a shot of Buffy’s grave.
